Organic tangerines from the Neretva Valley are arriving at 278. Zeleni Kastav, and OPG Mataga is also expecting the first organic lemons. In addition to citrus fruits, producers are bringing fresh fruit and vegetables, honey, eggs, cured meats and fresh organic meat. For those looking for something ready-made, there will be pickled vegetables, juices, bread, wild onion pesto and tomato sauce, either on their own or with vegetables as a ready-made dish. Producers • From Slovenia comes the EKO kmetija Žgajnar, and from Slavonia the EKO OPG Loboda. • OPG Dušković from Višnjan brings extra virgin olive oil and macerates, and from Istria comes the OPG Trčak. • From Krasno comes the EKO OPG Samaržija, from the Karlovac area the EKO OPG Karas, and from Rijeka the EKO OPG Mićić and the Social Cooperative PUT. • Domestic producers are represented by OPG Kukurin from Kastav and SOPG Denona from Veprinac, along with other exhibitors.
