Vođena šetnja Šetnicom maruna

The old stone paths that women once used to carry firewood, milk and cheese are now known as the Maruna Walk. An expertly guided walk through the Lignja hinterland follows the traces of rural life at the foot of Mount Učka, where locals have grown olives, vines, vegetables and chestnuts for centuries. Event information During the walk • Stone houses with turrets are visited, and participants will also learn about lime and dry stone walls. • Part of the walk includes a rest in the shade of chestnut trees, whose fruits have fed generations of Lovran residents.
