Radno čitanje: autorski susret i radionica s ilustratorom Davorom Pavelićem

On Tuesday, October 27, at 5 p.m., illustrator Davor Pavelić will be visiting the City Library of Rijeka. After the discussion about his work, there will be an illustration workshop with the author. Davor Pavelić was born in Samobor. He graduated from the School of Applied Art and Design and the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb. He graduated from the graphics department in the class of Ante Kuduza. As a multimedia and conceptual artist, he exhibited in galleries and museums in Croatia, Slovenia, Italy, Austria and Germany. With a group of artists, he exhibited and organized exhibitions under the name Ego-East. With colleague Ž. Božičević worked on the No Concept, Minimum Art Fachgenossenschaft and Out-sourcing Art projects. As an illustrator, he has collaborated with numerous magazines, agencies and publishers, some of which are: The Boston Globe, The New York Times, Corriere della Sera, Wired UK, Harvard Business Review, HOW, Jutarnji list, Večernji list, Zagrebačka banka, Dubai Expo, Raiffeisen banka, HT-mobile, Mozaik knjiga, Znanje, Henkel, Ledo, GlaxoSmithKline, McDonalds, HTV and others. His illustrations cover a wide range of topics and directions; from children's and decorative to conceptual and advertising.
