Nordic walking is especially suitable for pensioners as it contributes to the preservation of mobility, balance, fitness and general health. Nordic walking activities will be carried out on different trails in Rijeka and Opatija. They are open to beginners who are just getting acquainted with the technique of Nordic walking, as well as to more experienced and advanced participants.
