Lola is a little hamster with cheeks full of sweet, gentle words she wants to share. But everyone is always in a hurry – Mom, Dad, her friends, her teacher… no one has time to stop and listen. Still, Lola doesn’t give up. She has a special game: she collects little and big moments of happiness in her boxes. And every bit of happiness is precious – a pebble, a smile, an empty candy wrapper, a hug, a memory. Lola believes that if words are kept with love, one day they will find the right moment and the right heart. “Sweet Words” is a poetic and playful performance that creates space for listening, tenderness, and imagination. Three actors take us into Lola’s world. The performance combines animated puppets and set design, music, and the rhythm of language to tell a story about the power of words, the importance of listening, and the strength of tenderness. A performance that encourages children to speak and adults to listen.
