Izložba: Ogledi u vizualnom u Galeriji Pasaž

Exhibition: Studies in the Visual at Galerija Pasaž As part of the “Studies in the Visual” programme, an exhibition titled “Bathers” by award-winning Bjelovar photographer Dražen Tirić, recipient of the Tošo Dabac Award, will open at Galerija Pasaž, Križanićeva 1b, on Thursday, October 1 at 7 PM. The exhibition will remain open until October 23. The exhibition is part of Galerija Pasaž’s annual programme within the Studies in the Visual series. It is co-financed by the City of Rijeka – Department of Culture and Creative Development and the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County – Department of Culture, Sports and Technical Culture. The “Bathers” series was created over a period of ten years at various locations in Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, and Cuba. This clearly defined body of work presents an intimate yet coherent segment of Tirić’s rich and diverse artistic oeuvre. Set against swimming pools, seashores and riverbanks, between the architecture of bathing areas and open horizons, these photographs create a distinctive visual language in which the body, space, and light come together.
