Malik fest 2026.

The second weekend of September offers you a chance to step through the gates of time and lose yourself in the magic of the Middle Ages. On September 26 and 27, Trsat Castle will be transformed into a medieval setting, welcoming knight camps from Croatia, Slovenia, Italy, and Hungary. Malik Fest is a festival dedicated to the legends and myths of Istria and Kvarner, bringing plenty of new features and knight camps once again this year. Over the course of two days, visitors will have the opportunity to learn sword fighting and archery, try their hand at calligraphy, become a knight or a lady, take part in various games, enjoy numerous performances and demonstrations of traditional crafts, and listen to and watch the legends and myths of Istria and Kvarner. And, of course, they will be able to immerse themselves in a world of enchantment, magic, and mystery!
