Predstavljanje romana ''Između nas i neba'' autorice Sonje Zubović

On Wednesday, September 9 at 6:00 PM, the novel “Between Us and the Sky” by author Sonja Zubović will be presented at the Rijeka City Library. The event will be moderated by Davor Grgurić, President of the Rijeka Branch of the Croatian Writers’ Association. The literary event is organised by the Croatian Writers’ Association – Rijeka Branch and supported by the City of Rijeka. About the Author Sonja Zubović was born in Zagreb in 1962. She graduated in Yugoslav Languages and Literature from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Zagreb, where she lives and works. She is a member of the Croatian Writers’ Association, the Croatian P.E.N. Centre, and the Slavic Academy of Literature and Arts in Bulgaria. Her artistic and professional career is marked by numerous creative achievements and notable cultural projects. Her body of work is extensive and diverse, ranging from poetry and prose to lyrics for music and radio drama, addressing readers from early childhood through adulthood. Her creative achievements and recognition have taken many forms. Her works for children and young adults have been included in school reading programmes for more than two and a half decades. She is also featured in the ICDL (International Children’s Digital Library) in Washington, D.C. She was nominated as a lyricist for Porin, Croatia’s most prestigious music award.
