Exhibition: Tatjana Masterl Solo Exhibition – Horizons and Dimensions Juraj Klović Gallery Verdijeva 19b, Rijeka 25 September – 9 October 2026 Opening hours: Monday–Friday: 10:00–13:00 & 17:00–20:00 Saturday: 10:00–13:00 Sunday: Closed Juraj Klović Gallery presents the solo exhibition of Rijeka-based artist Tatjana Masterl, titled Horizons and Dimensions, featuring her latest body of work exploring the relationship between drawing, painting, objects, and space. A graduate of the Academy of Applied Arts in Rijeka and holder of a Master’s degree from the Academy of Fine Arts in Ljubljana, Tatjana Masterl is known for her interdisciplinary artistic approach, combining different visual media into a distinctive visual language. She is a member of the Croatian Association of Visual Artists in Rijeka and Zagreb and has exhibited extensively in Croatia and abroad. Horizons and Dimensions brings together several interconnected series that investigate the boundaries between surface and space, the visible and the hidden, and the material and the immaterial. Building on her series On the Other Side, Masterl creates works in which cutting, perforating, and layering paper reveal new spatial dimensions. Voids, shadows, and thread become essential visual elements, allowing the drawing to extend beyond the surface into space and creating a dynamic dialogue between both sides of each work.
