This time in a special 2-in-1 edition – meet a guest who successfully combines the worlds of coffee roasting and coffee preparation. @karlo_puric first tasted coffee in 2017, and just one year later he opened his own roastery, @four_wheel_coffee_roasters. To this day, as a multiple Croatian and regional champion in barista competitions, he has gained extensive experience through competitions, education, and daily work with coffee. Today, alongside coffee roasting, he also educates future baristas as a lecturer at the Raise the Bar Academy.
