🌦️ Zoran Vakula: Weather, Climate and Meteostrip – A Special Event at Rijeka City Library Weather forecasts are part of our everyday lives, yet few people know how they are created. Meteorologist Zoran Vakula has spent years bringing meteorology closer to the public through creative and engaging formats — and now through his first meteorological comic strip. During this special event, Vakula will present “Pretežno vedro”, a collection of anecdotes from the world of meteorology, as well as his book “Religious Topics and Weather”. He will talk about weather, climate, the differences between traditional weather predictions and modern meteorology, and how forecasts are created.
