How is a weather forecast created? 🌦️🔍 What happens behind the scenes of a daily weather forecast, and how reliable are the predictions we follow every day? At Benčić, Rijeka-based meteorologists from the Croatian Meteorological and Hydrological Service (DHMZ) Danijela Vlašić and Igor Horvat will lead a workshop exploring the world of weather forecasting. Participants will learn the basics of reading meteorological maps, understanding numerical weather prediction models, and using publicly available tools to monitor weather conditions.
