However, it is also possible to participate in individual sessions. How often do we actually listen to understand, and how often do we simply wait for our turn to speak? Effective communication does not begin with speaking, but with listening. This workshop focuses on understanding different perspectives, recognising communication styles, and developing skills that reduce misunderstandings and strengthen relationships. Better conversations start with better listening. About the facilitator Aleksandra Šutalo is a graduate journalist and senior librarian, as well as the founder of Studio Zarez. With extensive experience in management, public speaking, debate mentoring and educational programmes, she specialises in developing communication and critical thinking skills among young people and adults. Her programmes focus on speaking clearly, persuasively, argumentatively and with confidence.
