Dungeons & Dragons: Dungeon Master Academy Multi-day workshop for future storytellers and architects of the D&D world Location: Children’s House (Dječja kuća) Dates and Time: Monday, July 6 – Friday, July 10, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Organizer: Rijeka City Library Instructor: Mateo Brajek Age Group: 10+ Registration: Applications will be available on the Children’s House website starting June 29. This workshop runs over five consecutive days from July 6 to July 10, and attendance at all sessions is required. The Dungeon Master Academy is a five-day adventure in which participants will learn how to create their own worlds, lead unforgettable stories, and improvise like true Dungeon Masters. Through hands-on workshops, they will develop key skills in game mastering, character creation, adventure design, and crafting tense and entertaining sessions. At the final session, each participant will take on the role of Dungeon Master and demonstrate their knowledge by running their own adventure. The workshop takes place in a cycle format, and attendance at all sessions is strongly recommended. It is intended for children aged 10 to 14, and participants attend independently. About the Instructor Mateo Brajek is an educator, drama teacher at the Pygmalion Theatre in Volosko, STEM educator, storyteller, Dungeon Master, amateur gardener, burger master, father, and life companion with many years of experience working with children and young people.
