Who is Saša Turković? Although he often jokes about his age as the oldest member of the LAJNAP COMEDY collective, his jokes—despite belonging to a seemingly serious, business-minded family man in a neat suit—are definitely not outdated. Saša is a comedian who confidently commands the stage as if he was born on it, leaving the audience no time to catch their breath or relax their laughter muscles. His humor can best be described as sharp, intelligent, and authentic, and he draws inspiration for his comedic “confessions” from a rich (and long!!!) family and professional life (a father of three children, and a husband to just one wife). Although at first glance he gives the impression of a refined, mature gentleman next door who avoids profanity and vulgarity as much as possible—popular in the stand-up scene—this comedian will still not disappoint those who enjoy cheeky, sarcastic, and dark humor. Saša’s performances are relaxed yet dynamic; he skillfully moves from one topic to another without neglecting the taste and interests of both younger audiences and older ones, who will recognize and relate to many of the situations he has experienced in life—now laughing at them himself in retrospect (silently, of course).
